How do I send a screenshot

I need help with a problem but don't know how to post a scrnshot to the forum. Help please

upload it to your photos album then copy the url to the forum.

Click on your Username at top right > Click Album > Upload Pictures > Click Add Files > Select files > Choose the picture on your hardrive > Upload Files > Make sure your file is in attachments and has a tick then click done > May ask you to save changes

Its unnecessarily complicated. Why not just a simple "Add picture" as in Simple Machines Forum"

Were you squatting when you wrote that? I don't mind if it is complicated, but I think it could be simplified somewhat.
