I personally don't care about scoring a pat on the back with myself or anyone else, I just want braai meat, don't care about putting in more effort to make it maybe 5% better...
"Braai" is officially defined as grilling meat outdoors over an open fire. Whether or not the fire comes from gas, charcoal or wood is irrelevant to the definition.This is a BBQ not a braai. It is convenient sure, and quick yes, and it has its place for sure but its not braai.
