How do you cook your bacon?

In recent days I've fried it, braai'd it (bacon cheese burger anyone), deep fried it (twisty but tasty) and just now baked it (which is by far the easiest method, especially if you makin' a lot of bacon)

(If there are other popular options I'll add them to the poll.)

Really depends on what I am making

Default breakfast -> fried
Wrapped around chicken -> Roasted/baked/grilled I guess

If outside, on the grill/braai.
Inside, air fryer.

More than one choice.

Is this deja vu? I swear we’ve had this conversation.

Of late I stack a crossed weave of bacon in the air fryer which works well regardless of how much there is.

Then I clock it at 180 degrees for 5 minutes.

Pull the tongs out and separate it all then put it back in for another 5 minutes at 200 to crisp it.

There usually enough for 2 x 200g packs, but occasionally I’ll maybe have the larger 250g packs or even three smaller packs then I’ll flip it all about with the tongs again and put it in for another 2 minutes at a time, check, put back in etc.

Done in 10min, almost zero effort.
Really? Seems like mucho effort.

Oven - lay it out on a baking sheet, turn the oven on high, twenty minutes later it's done.
