How do you get over an ex...?

...I keep listening to that song by T.I -Whatever you like, and its making me even more depressed... what is a good song to listen to when in this state...
 
When you meet your ex next time tell her how many times you still think of her.
When she asks why, tell her that it helps with your new girlfriend while having sex to extend the time to ejaculation.
 
I would say make sure you break off all contact don't see her nothing. Then use that emotion for something positive like go to the gym and get a six pack.

Get the mind set of I'll show her what a mistake she made dumping me. Later on when you see her again you'll have grown and she will regret it.

Most important is no contact.
 
ok i deleted her of my facebook and phonebook.. and deleted the pictures and text msgs she sent me..

That's the spirit now get a punching bag and take it out on the bag. Why should you be miserable and she happy. You be the better person.

It depends on whether she is lying or standing up. If she's lying you could either attempt to roll over her, or you get on your knees and step over her. If she's upright, it would be more sensible to go around rather than over her.
 
Well the one thing i can tell you is, even though after some time, you will still be thinking of her. If you really loved her, she will stay in your head for a long time. Maybe hooking up might do the trick for a week, but than it claps you back. I know cause i did that. What helped me was just being with by buddies and to go do stuff like fishing, go to the beach, go to some interesting places so you can learn something. For revenge you could go for her sister, best friends and the new boyfriends sister. :D
