You do deserve it, that's the sucky part of life, we all deserve it. What you do about it is the crux of it all though. Have a vloermoer (tantrum trip), be angry, be frustrated and sad, do it all. Then wake up after a while and see the sunshine.
Let's say someone close to you died, you feel sad by default, it's impossible not to, unless you are a cyborg, you have to go through all the downs to get to the ups, so go with it

Yes, momentarily perhaps... but it is not a long term solution. Others will tell you that getting piss drunk will help, and yes you will forget her while drunk but what when you sober up.
You are not the first person to lose someone, and you will not be the last. Knowing this may not make you feel any better but the point is all those people eventually got over it and moved on, so will you.
