How do you let out rage?

Alright. Let's end this debate right here.

The only music that you can listen to when you're angry is something like:

Born of Osiris
Lamb of God (New American gospel)
Dying Fetus
Bloodbath
Blood Red throne (maybe)
Goreinhaled.

It has to be heavy, but it has to be fast.

@tco21
I prefer black metal to death metal, but I see where you are coming from :)

I don't see a beard
http://www.last.fm/music/Manowar

And they are from New York (which is in the USA) :p

Just shows what you know. How do we take your music knowledge serious from now on? :o
How disappointing :(

That pic is HILARIOUS!!! shot dude!

The bands mentioned in the posts above this leave me with serious suspicion of hideous mic technique... ;)

I would like to recommend a band called McLusky
for rage channeling. Not metal but one of the most vicious, angry, clever, loud punk outfits to ever emerge from the UK.

The title "The difference between me and you is that I'm not on fire." says it all.

Squash or some really tiring excercise, gym, etc.

But really, a lot of it is in your head. I was in exactly the same boat as you for the last 2 weeks. On Monday morning on the way to work I spoke to myself in my helmet, and decided I'm no longer going to get upset and be frustrated. The people causing it will not change, so I can either keep behaving the same or make a change.

Whenever you have a bad thought, just take a deep breath and get rid of it. You'll add years to your life ;-)

I listen to boney em when I feel like wreaking havoc.

There is nothing better than ruining lives to the sound of "brown girl in the ring"

;)

No but seriously ... I've been on a shooting range with R4/5 automatic rifles when I was 14 ... insane amount of fun! You'll love it.

Just don't listen to angry music while doing so... :o

I love going but sadly I have neglected to do so the last few months. ( almost a year) But only with Mary Lou. I would love to try an automatic. :o

You give it a name?

Target shot with a R4 on a farm once. Very uneventful, almost like a pelet gun if you ask me. Highly accurate though, was my first time with any form of weapon and I got a nice grouping from the shots I fired. Not very fond of guns though.

Don't take the old gal for granted...

R4's are nice and soft ... That same time I shot with a chainfed LMG as well - now that's another puppy!

Army Camps ftw! :D

As for naming it - Miss Mila, you've told me her name before and it always reminds me of Bravestar and his horse Thirty30 with his rifle "Mary Jane". :D

If it wasn't for death metal i would have killed by now...

that calms me down slightly

Lol, so this turned from anger management to music war/recommendations. ROFL. I'm too old for metal, used to be quite the rock/nu-metal/alternative/hard rock fan, but now my 5800XM is playing Shania Twain while my lovely love makes supper and gives me sexy smiles. :) Yep, being an adult is worth it. ;)

lol ok u just insulted a whole lotta peeps with the adult thing :)

i've never been into metal. gimme some good dance/house/techno played at full volume on anything with monster subs and u can feel the stress disappear....
