How do you let out rage?

Going back briefly to the facebook topic... since I deactivated my account the other day, if I access facebook.com/acidrazor, I get a Page Not Found error, however the site changes the url to: facebook.com/AcidRaZor , that is, correctly capitalized. Fwiw.

Anyway, back onto the main topic... if you're raging at work related stuff, there's sweet fsckall you can do about it. I tend to just 'wooosah' it, if possible.. or if not possible, then listen to the hardest most fscked up music I can find... along the lines of slayer, slipknot and whatnot. Manowar and 'viking' metal is for pussies. :p I suppose if you're feeling so fscked off that you just want to lash out, then probably the best kind of thing is something intensely energetic, like speed runs (on foot), or punch bag.

Yep, being an adult is worth it. ;)

Lol, I've gone completely the opposite as I get older. When I was younger (read: teenager), I couldn't handle listening to metal.. bout the heaviest I got was hard rock with ac/dc, and I especially couldn't handle iron maiden. Now that I'm in my dotage (:D) I'm a big iron maiden fan, and I love all kinds of metal, in fact my tastes are getting heavier as I discover more.

\engages in flame wars.

Slipknot is the ***** music mate. Ain't nothing wrong with Amon Amarth!

Nah, I don't really care. I have a very eclectic taste in music. I'm prepared to listen to just about anything, although there are some things that I draw the line at.

Up until 2007 I could probably name every rock/nu/metal band there was and their accompanying tunes. I was a walking MetalHammer. It just faded and that's how I prefer it tbh :)
