That seems a bit excessive. I've seen on average that it works out to R150 - R200 per person for the venue + food, excluding decor, photographer and DJ for the reception. Plus another R30k for the standard Mauritius honeymoon.R60,000 ish for 80ppl

Yeah it quickly becomes a very costly affair, where you're looking at R100k+. Fortunately my folks have offered to help us out if we come up short, so I'll have to figure out a way to pay them back.Then it's wedding dress, bride and groom rings, invites, photographer, DJ, draping and decor...
