So i asked Telkom to start emailing their invoice to me via email and it unfortunately doesn't come with an easypay number. .l

At the bottom of the invoice are a series of numbers. Append group, system and payment for the Easypay number.
 
I got it working now through easy pay. Had to create hotspot through phone and try through pc cos this tab...this tab... stupid thing defeats the purpose of it being a tablet.

Not sure what you doing on the Telkom website. It never asked what bank or branch. I simply login, select my account and pay via credit card. Insert my card number, cvv. It then redirects to the Verified by Visa screen and I get an OTP on my cell.

My call got forwarded so many times thst not even i know what i done .

I log onto telkomsa.net, then to my linked account which is fixed dsl, then payment method as either cash, debit and another option ( can't remember). Not sure where you navigated to.
