How many parents have coupes?

Do you mean coupés? ... or vehicles on which the top can be lowered or removed, i.e convertibles?

I cannot imagine a worse experience. I would sooner put my weewee in a snackwich press, than buy a coupe and travel with my kids.
The horrors, I can see it now.
 
Ever tried fitting a baby seat to the back seat from the front seat...that alone will make you go 4 door..:D
 
It depends on age and number of kids.
My son was born, and grew up with us using a RX7 and Alfa GT Junior as short distance transport 99.9% of the time. We had no problems, but I am sure it can be a pain if you don't have another (more door)back up vehicle. We used the more door for shopping and long distance. My wife wasn't as carefree as me though and there were times when she got slightly "unhappy" and would use the family car for a while.

So can it be done...YES. Will it keep your wife happy....not always.
 
Maybe I'll get one one day........... when the kid's out the house. But for now , nope.
 
I'm expecting a babygirl in Aug and I have an Alfa 147 which is also my baby...wanted to buy another car but will look closer to the time when Karli comes...but until then...its 2 door for now...we have practiced putting the car seat in and out of the 147...its not that difficult...but will be once you in a cramped parking...but who parks in cramped parkings anyway?
