No silly. Afrihost uses MTN. If you're MTN you buy data from MTN, if you'e Afrihost you buy data from Afrihost.

If you have a Mtn contract, you can buy Afrihost data and change the apn settings. But only specific type of contracts. AFAIK.
No, we only sell Afrihost data. We have a separate APN on the MTN network. Data provisioned on myMTN won't work on our APN and vice versa
Any post-paid contract should qualify. We'll notify you if the APN signup was unsuccessful, but we do our best to screen for prepaid numbers (which don't qualify). But these days with number porting, etc, it's pretty much impossible to do so
