How much does your ISP shape your traffic?

I'm with OpenWeb Gold 384 on an IS backbone and if there is shaping going on I am unaffected. I have been getting close to full line speed 24 / 7 since being assigned to the IS bbone 3 months ago.

I am not going to complain.

I moved from Cybersmart after many years because of their sudden extreme throttling of everything... their attitude became "leave if you do not like it, but leave the line with us"... grrrr. Could not even browse MyBB during the day with them towards the end. Nothing was possible online at all.
 
Not sure how I managed not to get shaped on Torrents previously, but yesterday I saw the speed on the torrents was way down. About 40 - 50 KB/s. But still love MWeb uncapped.

When I tried the Afrihost uncapped, the speed dropped very badly after I reached about 40 - 50 gigs for the month. I am almost at 70 gigs and still going strong.
