I've been using Samsung's Health sleep monitor for the last week or so and the news is not good. o_O

Lately for some reason I wake up between 01h00 and 02h00 and then I lay awake for an hour or two before falling a sleep again.

When the sun comes out I am awake, that means between 05h00 and 06h00. I still go to bed at around 10h30 and fall asleep fairly easily.

I use a Fitbit to track activity and sleep.
My goal is 6h30 of sleep a night. I get up at 4h30 every morning so to achieve that I have to be in bed by 21h30.
Below is what the Fitbit recorded for the year so far.
Average is 6h10 per night.
Worst month was March with an average of 5h38 per night and best so far is November with 6h31.
2022 I averaged 6h13 and 2023 the average was 6h03.

Go to bed by 22:00 and sleep by 22:30. Make it 21:00 if you need to wake up from 05:00.
