Normally hit the sack around 12:45-1am and then wake up at 7:45 for work. When I used to work from home, I used to sleep much later and only get up around midday, lol.

For the most part, my employer did not care then as long as work got done.

Average sleep score on Garmin is 55 (out of 100), with just over 6 hours each night. Need to improve big time.

Actually, it depends on your body needs and everyone is different. Some people can function perfectly fine with 4 hours of sleep. I don't think the 8 hours rule is true for everyone but for most people, it seems to be between 6-8 hours.

Agreed. They may function normally, but 4 hours isn't healthy over the long run.

I go to bed at 22h00 and I get up at 4h30. Sometimes it takes a while to fall asleep and often I don't sleep through.

I average between 5 and 1/2 and 6 hours per night.

Bullshit, 8 hours is what people should be getting. Just because you can function on less does mean you should be doing it.

Our house is in a very quiet area. A big tree shields the street light. No interference at all. The dogs go to sleep at 10h30 and wake up at 07h15 - 07h30, awaiting their breakfast
