Does this include filtration to use water in the house?
U are used to "nehar ka pani"Yeah.
The filtration unit is outside. Everything gets filtered before it gets pumped to the various lines. I do sometimes prefer a little cloudy unfiltered water for the nice minerals and bacteria.

U are a true aghori !Ganges water does that to you I guess. I do miss the slighty bloody/flesh taste, from all the burnt bodies though.
Some people put a brick in there, but your suggestion seem much more elegantFill a ziplock bag(s) with water and drop it in the cistern.
On a high month - we get to 10KL. Still not sure why its so high. Mainly use municipal water for bathing/showering and toilet. Our Drinking/Cooking water is bought. Washing/Laundry and irrigation is wellpoint. Any other use - wellpoint i.e. washing of cars etc.Can I get an idea of how many KL of Water you're billed-for by your municipality per MONTH. If possible please indicate how many in the household. Currently we're 4 adults in a large house with a pool. Our usage is 61KL per month. Is that considered high?
Since we came from a complex I never really got to see usage.
Thats nuts
I also live in a complex and luckily no one abuses the water that I am aware of. But I have brought it up at every AGM that we must install water meters to all units so that we can monitor each flats usage. People that rent here just love watering the garden especially when there is rain coming that night. Idiots
I know it's crazy. Lucky for me I'm just renting so I'm out of here very soon. This past weekend I saw people washing their cars and leave the hosepipe running. It's against the complex and estate rules but no one cares it seems because the people that is supposed to enforce these rules also do it.
Thanks for asking. Just printed my latest invoice. Can I get an idea of how many KL of Water you're billed-for by your municipality per MONTH. If possible please indicate how many in the household. Yeah mines around 50kl a month. 7 zones 20 min each.It must be the sprinkler system. Water has been idling at around 24-30KL per month.
We started watering again end of August, and also ran the sprinklers more and my bill came today for 69KL....
Considering the sprinklers need so much power that there's actually a transfer valve from the MAIN water in-take after the meter into our sprinkler system, i imagine it just uses a crap-load of water. There's 5 zones and we run them at 30mins each.
so, like, tap water? If you have to irrigate, try to use non-potable water.
