Interesting...can i use "Tor" instead of getting me a VPN ?? If i wants to watch the USA version of Netflix for example ?? Its more about streaming then anything else for me.

You could, but because traffic on the TOR network goes through multiple servers (more than usual, that is) your streaming will be pretty slow and choppy.

Maybe you wouldn't want to, but there's a planetful of shady characters who do. You probably wouldn't want to meet those characters either... unless you're tired of life.
Or a journalist or a sensitive source/whistle-blower.

I would NOT use Tor on an Android phone and expect real any privacy. Tracking users is a core part of Android. Seriously people don't use this and do something like buy illegal drugs.

Real privacy is something like Tails (Amnesiac live Linux OS that saves nothing) AND Tor browser AND a VPN.
