Hi,Good morning, send me a private message with your MWEB details and I will then log this to our cancellations team to contact you.
Can you advise on whether I can cancel my Mweb fibre order? It has not been activated yet and hence my need to cancel it. Most ISPs have activation turnaround times of 24 hours - I do not understand why Mweb takes so long to activate an existing line.
