How to cancel Rain

Hi my rooter and sim got stolen how do I cancel my sim and get a new one - your website/dashboard is useless
 
I tried cancelling tonight and the site says this functionality is still being developed...

lol, bunch of muppets.
 
I canceled my sim, and contract. It all seemed in order, got confirmation, sim stopped working. All good, until I got a debit order the next month. I have been struggling to get hold of someone to reverse the payment and cancel my contract. Not sure why this happened, but not good service.

I have cancelled my rain subscription in january... i've been billed for february.... how can this be
 
I canceled my rain sim card today coz I lost it,and I haven't used any data I just want to know will I still pay at the end of the month even if I did not use any data?
 
When I canceled it it said the sim card is scheduled to be canceled at the end of the month.
 
If this is against a credit card - stop the card - seems to be the only way to really cancel rain.
 
I requested an immediate cancellation on 22 February, no contact from Rain. Really pathetic. @rain_mobile care to comment?
