How to cancel SIM card subscription

Hi I've got an overdue balance on my rain account, I thought it was cancelled but it's been charging over the few months, if possible can I have the subscription cancelled and I'll work on paying the overdue amount over time. But I don't use the service any longer, can I have the SIM deactivated and the subscription cancelled.
