How to cancel Vox order?

Need some advice on how to move clients from Vox on Vumatel over to Afihost on Vumatel

Client has requested that the line be activated with a Routerboard and Mikrotik router in place
with Vox on Vumatel and been waiting since last year before Christmas.

We decided to do order from Afrihost and been advice that Afrihost cannot proceed because Vox will not cancel.
But Vox has not even process that order according to us. Now the client is stuck with no Fibre and after several call attempts and emails cannot get the line cancelled.

NB: Please note that the Routerboard modem is powered by POE from the MikroTik router. Will Afrihost provide a new ONT or a POE injector or do we have to get a POE injector for the Routerboard ONT. We where hoping to do a self install of the Afrihost router.

Please advice on how to proceed

Vumatel booked her for tomorrow. You guys are the best!

We are moving more customers over since some of my clients are having long outstanding problems with Vox on Vumatel.

My biggest client has a R45 mil home with an old SADV Calix router and MikrokTik router and Luxul router daisy chained to make the network work. This is a nightmare. The Calix takes 10min to get online. The luxul only takes 50s ... Vox refuse to assist to simplify the network. The client offered to pay for a replacement ONT , supply and install and they still refuse to assist. The only option is a new ISP
