You can buy special alcohol cleaning tissues. There pricey (R50 for 20) but do a good job (bought some at a flea market for R5 for 30 but their junk).
Else, you can get lens cleaner from an optometrist. Not so sure what they cost as I had a sample.
I see cleaning kits for R70-R100 at PnP for plasmas, I'm not sure if they work. But they have a nice dusting brush.
If you do not have access to this stuff and really need to clean, then first dust off with a light dry clean cloth (do not rub as dirt is abrasive). Then using new cotton wool or soft tissue, clean with water. Never ever use any cleaning materials and do not let a cloth nearby your screen that was ever used to clean something.
Ammonia is the devil, it eats through the protective layer of your screen and will make it dull after a while.
