How do you have 428 posts on myadsl and not know the basics of adsl?

Anyway:

Do you mean like at a flat/house?
Is there a phone line? Is it ADSL enabled?
Is there an ADSL modem?
Is there a wifi router?
Is she expecting free uncapped internet out of the air?

My only suggestion for a temporary solution would be a 3g pcmcia card / usb dongle - dunno if u can rent one though?

You get wifi internet from a wisp, or you can broadcast pretty much any type of internet (ADSL;3G/HSDPA;wifi) through a wireless router to a number of pcs and still call it connecting through wifi. So which do you mean?
