How to do Loftek sentinel D1 ADSL setting?

I feel so lucky to find this forum, big discussions about ADSL.
Few days ago, I purchased a Loftek sentinel IP camera from Amazon.
Though an instruction enclosured in, but I am a layman with regard to those electronic products.
