Im getting these errors. I can't even open the CMD to try and do anything. Not sure what else to do.20240516_111923.jpg20240516_111931.jpg

I was trying to install windows 10 because there was a problem before. Then I kept getting "Drive 0 Unallocated Space 0.0 MB total size 0.0 MB Free space"
During Windows Installation

So I'm just wondering if there's a way to get out of this error

I feel the hard drive is done but checking if anything is still doable.

You buy a SSD to replace your broken hard drive and reinstall windows..

Remove the hard drive and test it somewhere else.

Or if it is under warranty, take it in.

HP usually have a 3 year warranty.

Its a friend's laptop, so I thought it would be an easy fix with a new windows but yeah guess the hard drive is messed up.

Old laptop, I guess there's nothing to be done other than replacing harddrive.

If you have bootable, stuffy / flash drive / cd, you could also have a look.

Hopefully your data is backed up in the cloud.

New hard drives are cheap.

Turn SMART off in BIOS and continue and immediately backup all your data to an external hard drive
