Yeah I know, I'm malnutrition-ed.
My ideal weight is 80-90KG - meaning i need to put on 20Kg+
Achievable? how long should it take me?
No steroids, pizza, .... advice pls.
I know i need to eat at least 6 meals a day.

My weight is 59Kg and i am 1.80 and i drink lots of beer pfffft

Eat lots of carbs, pasta, rice, potatoes etc

So if I do that and go to the gym consistently.
How long should I gain this much needed 20kg plus?
I'm afraid I'm not the most patient person around

Well I was 72Kg and 1.96m tall then I moved from Durban to Cape Town to my Girlfriends parents house and all I can say is wow food makes a difference. Ate a faccassia bread almost everyday from checkers plus the normal meals her mom made at night. I weight 104kg now and look built/fat from my once skinny self. All it took was 10 months. And no to the power building. You spend a **** load on food, go to gym, have creatin, grow etc and only put on 2kg over 2 months (thats how it worked for me). Trying to lose the weight again.

You probably have a fast metabolism.

If you go to the gym do not do any cardiovascular exercises. In order to gain weight you should mainly do weight training. You might also want to try protein shakes to aid muscle growth.

It will take a while if you want to put on muscle weight. If you just want to put on fat, eating a lot more carbs and other simple sugars will be quicker then the gym route. But this is probably the unhealthy route.

The biggest problem i have is that I'm weak and a little bit light obviously.
When it's windy outside and I'm facing the it, I wish you could see me, i struggle big time. I almost got blown away one day. :D

Since I'm into well built women, I can't pick them up to my room. In fact they pick me up...Can you imagine :D

Dont use the shakes, (My opinion)
I stopped the protein shakes and just did it the normal way, at first it feels likes nothings happening, now im actually ripped!! And in that se*y model way:o

Lots of weight lifting might just tone you down a bit. sure muscle mass will increase, but some people actually lose more weight cause they exercise too much while doing weights. Go for heavier weights

Advice : Do some weights (rather bigger weights and less reps, maybe work yourself up to 10kg and 12kg dumbells. Those 4kg and 5kg one's only tone) , eat plenty of stuff like chicken, steaks and tuna.

U wanna gain weight, but u don't wanna gain Fat. So the weights and stuff will add little bulk.

Hope this helps :>
