How to get a website to go live

I just got hosting and a domain from axxess, i installed wordpress and immediately wrote a blog post and published it. the problem is when i go to the site, it says "this site is hosted by axxess and is still under development. i contacted axxess and was told that for my blog to go live, i would need to go to web developer. is this a necessary step?

These installers on Cpanel default to install in a sub directory "wp". So, to access your site, go to http://successhacks.co.za/wp/.

The easiest way to fix this is to reinstall, and change the root directory from "wp" to "". If you don't want to reinstall, you'll need to manually change config
