So South Park just got released, and now the joys of living in Germany mean the game is now delayed and that all nazi related things are removednot that I am a nazi haha but it's apart of the humor and I just feel I am gonna lose out on so much of the game now, and I already paid for my pre order on steam anyone know of a way around this with steam?

Just keep in mind that you purchased the European (German) version, so even if your IP is spoofed you will be restricted by it. The only way around this is to spoof your IP before you purchase it. Alternatively get someone to purchase it for you and gift it to you.
