Im using a normal mtn sim card and a mtn e270 modem and live in Pretoria i have noticed that Natal and Free State provinces have the highest internet speeds check www.speedtest.net . I have never had download speeds exceeding 0.70 mb. my average speeds are 50kb-180kb sometimes i can reach
