How to make your house super-secure

Thats why you install passives in the roof also.
 
My boss has all of that. They just hide in the neighbours bushes till he gets home then walk in behind his car with guns. 4 times now. Can't anything or shot.
 
Oh and yea, adt is just around so you can claim from insurance. Uselesss
 
You can have all the security you want, if the criminals want to get in..... they will.

I just reckon the more security you have the more they assume you want to hide.

OK, so he doesn't yet have FLIR cameras? He should check the bushes before he leaves for home :D

And where's the drone with FLIR camera mounted on the gimbal? I want to patrol my perimiter from my bedroom at night with occulus rift.
 
An intercom system is also the easiest way to determine whether a house is empty or not.

We need castle doctrine in this country.

I actually think people don't spend a lot under the circumstances.
 
Cameras, walls with electric fences, passive motion detectors… whats it like living in a prison?
 
Refuse to live in a prison.

Have no Trellidoor, alarm, CCTV ect.

Access controlled estate helps though :D
 
I've just gone with 12mm steel bars on all windows. No issues thus far. Would like to add some electric fencing & CCTV at some point.

Sjoe those look proper. Probably cost an arm and a leg though. Front doors are often the direct route with these crowbar guys, so must be great to know you can rely on your door to hold its own.

Saw an awesome product the other day, it's a door bell that rings through to your smartphone when it's pressed, with a video feed if you want. You can answer the doorbell from anywhere in the world, that's pretty smart and quite a deterrent if they check the property by pushing the intercom.

But ja all this extreme security does nothing to actually stop crooks, car security is so jacked up now that instead of stealing the car when it's parked and you aren't there they have have to hijack it with you inside, same with properties, super secure but now the occupants are at extreme risk every time they are entering and exiting the property. Counter intuitive perhaps but it seems the more security you have to protect your belongings the more you imperil your life.

Yeah, this. Not going to stop the determined burglar - he'll just hijack you on your way in or out.

Besides,crooks are known for feeling an extreme urge to break into places which look like they've got lots to protect.
