How to move a wordpress site to another server?

Hi,

I would like to know if it is possible to move a wordpress site (the content [images, video's, posts, etc]) onto another server (which has wordpress on it).

Is there a Wordpress plugin for this?

If you're changing domain names then one thing to look out for is if a plugin on your site uses serialisation store it's config in the database.
Try using somethign like this for when you need to ..
