How to purchase data bundles online?

Bump.

Trying to buy a once off bundle now that it's the first of the month and when I click My Meg 30 Once-off, all I get is a page with this:

My Meg 30 OnceOff

With Vodacom the Internet is maklik!
Whether it's strictly business or personal, Vodacom Internet connects you to the worlds that you live, work and play in, On your Cellphone, "Via the Phone" and On your PC. Get online whether you're a Contract, Prepaid or Top Up customer. All you need is an Internet capable cellphone or a PC.

WTF? Then what?

How and where do I pay for it?

There were some reports of people wanting to buy once-off (ad hoc) bundles, but ending up with month-to-month bundles here and here.

It has happened to a friend of mine as well. Has it been established whether it is a problem with the new vodacom.co.za site, or was it just user-error in all three cases?
Is there anything my friend can do to get this fixed?

It MUST be people who selected the wrong bundles. Surely you don't want to suggest that Vodacom's new site that "features all the functionality from the old Vodacom4me site" is at fault!

155 have no explanation as to how my friend ended up with a month-to-month bundle. VD, would you look into this please?

Will i be able to add a Data Bundle onto my Top Up contract? I went into a Vodacom store and i am not sure if they just didn't understand me.
They kept wanting me to buy a 24 month contract that comes with a 3G Data Card. :-/.

I've just found out it happened to another friend of mine as well. Coincidently, around the time the New Night Owl Promotion started.
I think it has happened to the first friend again.
He used the new vodacom.co.za site and very carefully selected the once-off bundle.
He received the following SMS:
Your MY GIG 2.3 Ad hoc Bundle service has been activated
When he checked *111*500# he saw this:
Data bundle: 4.59GB, 2.30GB Night Owl Data Bundle expires on 20101231

Either Night Owl is now on once-off bundles, or he has been given a month-to-month bundle again.
