I don't think so. The region is linked to your account, so to swap between US and UK, you factory reset the roku and login with either the US or UK account.
Yeah, you only need to adjust the Unotelly setting when creating accounts.

Ok my now tv account is setup but i cant find the now tv channel on the roku channel list
Are you on your UK account? Do you have other UK channels like BBC and 4OD?
On Roku home screen, go to "Streaming Channels", it should be listed under featured. Remember that on a Roku you can add extra channels like Sky News.

Yip i got bbc and few other uk channels. I also changed the region for now tv on the Unotelly app to uk. I still cant find it
Have you checked the "channel store" under streaming channels on the Roku?

For sport, not as far as I know.
The Entertainment package isn't badly priced for the content you receive though. That's was I have, and then Netflix is my other paid provider.
BBC had good content for free, as does Demand 5 and 4OD.
