I think she knows shes hard up for her i told him to leave her and move on because you can`t change a selfish person , and that she will never change PERIOD.

Or, if its an 'imaginary friend' that you have you can relax. Every youngster goes through that stage and you should outgrow it when you reach the age of 10 or thereabouts :whistle:

The reason she says this is because you are very unclear, maybe its time to clear up the facts. Please answer the following:

Are you and your brother both having women trouble or is this "brother" actually you?
 
Well I think a lot of us figured that out by now...

You know what you need to do. If you don't do anything then the rest of your life will suck.
 
Thank you, know we at least know its the same woman that is selfish. Obviously you should have seen this from before marraige but you might have been blinded by love, so lets work on the situation to improve it for yourself.

There are different approaches as the previous posters have indicated but most seem to point to tell her without being so concerned about her feeling. Dude, I'm 31 and I think you deserve the right to have feelings too, hers are not more important than yours.

So she might think you must pay when you go out... but what if you stop going out stop buying whatever stuff for her.. she cant force you to go out or buy stuff... just tell her you cannot afford it currently. Be the man, if you have to pay for everything you are the boss. Her dad was probably the boss, so tell her if thats how she wants to play it in that you pay for everything, then you are the boss and you're putting your foot down just like her dad woudl have.
