HP Driver downloads

Is there a local site for downloading HP drivers?
My dad is trying to download drivers for Vista, but it is going to take 7hours for a 300MB file...

Drivers aren't 300MB in size, that's the whole software suite that comes with the device. Drivers are much smaller, search again I suggest.
