Dell are way better, all our HP laptops hdd's have been faulty. We have about 8 of them. One of them just refuses to see the drive at all. The motherboard is stuffed.

I threw my NX9010 away and got a Precision M60 instead with 80GB 7200 rpm drive.

Exactly why I am pro DELL, and not just personally.
Their products break, regularly. Service sucks. Price is also not good.
