Hi all, I sent a mail to HP last week and got a response that they will come back in 24 hours but today is 3 working days later and no reply yet. The warranty is expired.
I am hoping some of you may know of a cure?
The model is a HP Compaq NW 8240 Mobile Workstation.
The keyboard & mouse dies when Windows XP starts.
I have to log in by hitting Control/Alt/Del but get no response from the keyboard or the mouse.
It works perfectly in the BIOS and in diagnostic software.
Any ideas
