TDP's about 31w for the ddr5 or 27w for the ddr3...Sapphire 6450 fits well, maximum power usage is about 15W

It comes with 2 low profile brackets (HDMI+DVI & VGA) and it is passively cooled. It's also HDMI 1.4a compatible
As with the 5450's the only problem is if you want to use XBMC live cos the ATI drivers for linux suck
