Is there anyone who can help with the problem I have , I am able to chat (type ) on skype , but when I try and talk on skype with video through the data card , I can hear the person but they cannot hear me , are there some settings that can be changed , thank you .

The skype party on the opposite end can only hear a delayed echo ,

I spoke to MTN and they said it is not designed for skype , but other people have told me that the the settings can be changed , i am not very IT literate , but am up to speed ,

apparently we hae to change the upload speed or download speed , i'm not to sure

mic does test fine

Make a new profile for 3G only.
With MTN EDGE voice does have a bit of a delay.

Here's a very stupid question are you trying to talk to the person through the data card or have you got a dedicated mic for your mic jack on your pc or notebook
