I have ordered my phone, but still awaiting delivery.

The screen is S-LCD and the lucky ones who got their Desire HDs already says it's great.

You will most probably get a good deal on a Vodacom TopUp contract, phone them to find out. I had to stay with a Talk package, cos I didn't want to loose my dual sim.

It's not iPhone type screens, neither were older HTCs crap by virtue of being HTC. It's a question of capactive vs resistive touch screens. Most, if not all, modern touch-screen phones are capacitive i.e. very responsive, covered in glass and no longer needing a stylus.

Then I'm getting screwed by Vodacom.

My Talk 75 package is R189 a month and my pay-in is R1900. :wtf:

It seems the people working at Vodacom Retentions just pick a price and then you must go along with it. Will phone them again on Monday. Not happy.
