HTC DESIRE HD

That does sound wrong.Last night I played about an hour of plants vs zombies, wifi is permanently on - 3G too. Battery was still at 50% so thats not too bad as far as im concerned.
 
I am going to try out the ARHD (Android Revolution HD) 5.2.5
Anybody else using this ROM?

Random question but does anyone know where to get covers for these phones? (other than expansys - im not paying R90 courier for it)
 
That's my problem as well. I desperately want a cover for it (as well as screen protector), but nobody has.

Didnt know you had the awesomeness of phone too duder.
I have check on amazon this morning (after looking at overpriced wantitall) and there are tons on there and they are very cheap. Im thinking we should combine an order and get hold of some. A pack of 5 screen protectors is 1.99euro and most covers are about 5euro.
Lemme know if you want to get an order together.
Actually if anyone is wanting from here then maybe we should just get something together to save on postage charges etc.
 
Guys you can get many of your items for ebay.co.uk and delivered for cheap to RSA. Just look for what you need (and remember to set your delivery requirements)
 
Talking about cases...

I just dropped my phone onto a concrete stair today.

Everything still works but the is a huge dent in the topn of the phone which crushed the silver speaker grill a bit. Funny enough, because the dent is right by the battery button, the button works better now because there is more space to press it. Otherwise, the speaker and every thing still works. The screen is also fine.

Just wondering if you can have the unibody replaced? I don't think so but, just checking.

It might be cheaper then buying a new phone.

Got meself a few 1500 mAh batteries from Tjina. Works like a charm, plus I now have a plug in charger that doesn't require the phone so if needs be I can just do a quick battery swap when I get home :D:D:D

If you did OTA updayes, you will have to downgrade 1st, once downgraded you can root and S-Off the phone. Once done you can reapply the OTA updates and root using gingerbreak.
