The keyboard is for people like me who like to email on the fly and tend to type multipage sms's. really, i use it so much on my tytn, i can't imagine living without it on the diamond. that, and i kinda like having micro-sd capability, thank ye verra much

Yeah right....Vodacom have to be the BIGGEST liars of all. Unfortunately it costs too much to cancel my three contracts with them. I cannot wait for the day I can leave Vodacom. THEY SUCK!!! and they lie profusely and continousloy take money etc from you.... DONT GO NEAR VODACOM.
I've never experienced a problem with Vodacom in the 7 years I've been with them. MTN on the other hand...words can't describe. Of course Cell C (and as a result Virgin) are out of the question due to their "network" that never gives you a signal.

How can It be load with garmin software if it is still sealed? Also is this a gray import or not.....? And if he had chance to work on another diamond and did not like it why did he buy it in the first place.....?

The one on BidOrBuy is a different phone, not the one with the GPS software, and stuffs. Marzz says he had one for 3 days and now wants to sell it for R5.5K
I'd even be willing to trade for a Sony-Ericsson W890 or K660 and some extra $$. so make me an offer...
After trying to browse through my contacts this morning without the phone selecting and dialing a random person which i believe i didn't select (CANT THEY GET THE INTERFACE TO RECOGNIZE THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A SWIPE AND A TAP???) I decided to put the sim back in my good old SE V600i...
Its not a grey import, i didn't drop it, and the phone works perfectly well... just not in the way I would like it to work. its a matter of personal preference.

Crappy touch response, Same old windows mobile under the TouchFlo app. And without any applications open it shows that theres already 40% memory being used. Fingerprint magnet (not such a big issue but worth mentioning) Phonebook scrolling is a real bummer cos when u scroll too fast it keeps going down. Battery life really sucks. My E71 is like that duracell bunny. Keeps going. and i donno if everyone elses was doing this but mine used to get extremely hot when surfing or making calls.
Sounds pretty much like the same kind of issues i had with my stock TyTn. It will get hot if you leave it on HSDPA for extended data transfer, and the rest of the software issues i got sorted out with custom ROM software from XDA dev.

you can always tweak your phone to save battery. im getting 2-3days and using it normally.
its by far the best phone i have ever had and every day i like it more and more. Last night i put tomtom7 on it and now im navigating around cape town. lol. and is it slow????? no, not 1 bit. it was perfect.
