HTC TyTN / Imate JasJam

@Jammex
atmos is completely right. A build up of stored entries slows your qwerty entries completely! Another thing, make sure you have latest build of newest Task Manager 2.0, close ur apps once u done with them. Then download a freeware app called Oxios Hibernate (comes in shamanix's rom) - great app to release memory.

i can only find Shaps 3.54 and not 3.60a.... Im on XDA now, but im blind i think... it looks the bomb!

found it , but Rapidshare once again says some k@K.. :(

Anyone have a link to a ftp or something that works for 3.60a

schaps will be doing a new one based on 3.62 in the next few days, i'd wait for that if i was you.

I think i'm gonna post my ROM up on myADSL soon ;) I'm loving it. And it's based on 3.62 ;)

Anyone got some bad a$$ names for me? How about 'Pink X'..........

Yeah, I read the thread before flashing, and decided not even to bother go fetching the TyTN in the car

That's it! I have had it with radio 1.54! Flashing back down to 1.48.00.10! Landy! Which was the last stable one?!?!

which radio gives the best battery life?
My current radio is: Radio Version: 1.54.00.10

Why arent they making hermes touch flo roms? its sad seeing the wizard with touchflo but not our mighty hermes :(

It's a hardware issue, if im not mistaken.

I installed that touch flo black rom onto my friends wizard and it slowed the device down a hell of a lot.

All I can say to all of you who are aiming at getting an HTC from Leaf.co.za is that think twice, and make sure it's what you want... I got my HTC TyTN at the begining of the year... Not even 7 months down the line and I started picking up problems, so I started reflashing the device and trying different roms. Eventually it was droppin' calls and generally acting up. I sent it in for a warranty claim... No contact from leaf other than an SMS saying they're quoting me for R2100 for repairs. Another sms later saying it was being dispatched to the "advanced" repair center. A month or so later I get an SMS to say my phone is ready for collection. I went into the Vodacare Center to fetch my phone, only to be told that it's not fixed and that I must pay over R2k for it to be fixed as the parts that were "broken" were not under warranty. There was also a small area on the quote that had a comment about illegal software. I was naturally furious... After waiting more than a month for this device to be returned to me! I get it back, even more broken than before... LEAF.co.za had formatted/'deleted the entire device. There was NO SOFTWARE on it at all let alone illegal software... I've emailed them and tried calling several times but nobody there cares... I've asked them for an explination and nobody has come back to me... I orginally sent me phone in for a warranty claim in July... it's now almost November... they still can't tell me exactly what happend, what software I had on or anything... they are useless!!!! Leaf doesn't seem to give a rats ass about their customers... other than the customers wanting the "NEW" stuff... which is great and cool... but if there is no after sales service with a device that costs a fair penny... is it actually worth it!??!?! I say to hell with LEAF!!!!!

If this happend to you? What would you do? Maybe I'm not aggressive enough?!
