HTML editing template

Am not sure if I am using the correct term here, but this is what I want to do.
I have a simple html portal at work, where I add error messages, images of errors and possible fixes for a technical helpdesk.

The problem is I am the only one in the team that can code in HTML (in lack of a better description).

Is it possible to have some form of template, which will alow other people to add without knowing the HTML code?

I am leaving the department and I cant take this with me. I need to leave the team with something they can carry on using.

Can experienced web developers help me here?

I think what you are looking for is a WYSIWYG HTML editor, there are loads of recomendations in the forum.

Have a search, I can't think of any offhand.
