Huawei E5331 Settings

I have a company issued E5331 router that i dont have the details to login to, so cant check the settings. My problem is, that i had it plugged in and on a shelf. i was checking out the extension where the router was plugged in, and there was some loose connection, there was sparks and it tripped the earth leakage, at the same time it accidentally fell from the shelf 1.5 meters high and dropped on a tiled floor. Everything seems ok, but im wondering if somehow one of the settings got changed opening up the router to outside people connecting to the wifi. Now from my knowledge it would have lost all settings, and not just 1 or 2 if there was a problem?, and seens how i cant login i cant look exactly. My devices still connect to it with the SSID and details that was setup on the router from the company. So am i right in that all is ok?

There's a good chance the device has reverted to the default settings. A reset.

Try login into the router with the Username and password "admin"

This is the router's default login pass.

If you are still denied access, acquire company's internet details, hit the reset button and manually configure the router with the required details.

Otherwise, I would have the company give you a new router.

i dont think it reset as i can still connect to its SSID, which is not the default SSID
