Huawei Mate 20 Lite

If you buy a Xiaomi or OnePlus or any of the other phones mentioned ... What is warranty and parts availability like?
If you buy your Xiaomi from MIA then you can send it to them in JHB for repairs. They're reasonable. Huawei repairs are handled by WeFix. Both brands carry a 2yr warranty

I thought huawei have service stores

Melrose arch is still working and last time my phone was fixed in 2hrs...screen change
Yea I also went to Melrose and although it took a few days, they replaced everything on the phone so it was essentially brand new.

yeah 9k is way too much for midrange

heres another way of looking at it, thats R350-400 on a 24 month contract, and the S8 is hitting that price range now. Others last gen flagships will as well.

and usually its on those "smart" contracts that come with a whopping 250MB of data/month and the useless 5000 SMSs':p

And R289 / month is also quite decent

great value I would think. how come its so cheap affordable :sneaky:

Edit: Other than the small data allotment on that package
