Huawei p1, just got mine.

My only issue so far is that WiFi has stopped working a couple times, had to switch WiFi off & on again. Wasn't my network issue cos laptop on WiFi was working fine

Try adding the MAC Address of your phone to the router or choosing a different wireless channel.
 
How does one reset the phone if it locks up since the battery can't be pulled?

The promos are happening at the Pavillion this weekend according to Huawei's Twitter handle.
 
Also got me one of these and enjoying every minute of it. Did look in northgate though and they didnt seem to stock it. Any ideas on covers? currently got it in a s3 cover at least for minimal protection.

Please could you post the Huawei twitter handle you are following.
 
PS - just found you can change the keyboard to the standard Android keyboard with spell check. Seems better.

Great phone. Only 'problem' I have is when I leave my wifi area, it asks if it is ok for mobile data. If I don't select yes, mobile data does not witches on. So each morning, when I leave home, I only see that message hours later and emails only gets delivered once I activate data switch. Any of you guys got a way round this?

It is very annoying, there is a fix for it (i can try find it for you), but you will need to root the device.
 
WOW epic. Just went a bought 1 at Jet cause edgars and CNA didn't have any stock left. Glad I did cause it looks epic and it quite light compared to my chinese phone I imported.

lol epic phone.... Ditching my stupid blackberry bold 9900. It feels sooooo heavy compared to this phone....
