Yeah, no point anymore for using an uncapped account.
 
Just in time.. was about to sign up for doUncapped, I'd much rather go with Afrihost capped!

Indeed.

Between efficient streaming (Netflix + Hulu) and free after hours data I've got spare data for days.

And am in the process of determining what's the smallest monthly package that I can, comfortably, get away with.

Surely? Where in BBay are you? I was under the impression all of BBay was connected to new MSAN's. I checked up on a house in Bonza Bay today and the address is good for 20mb/s

I was hoping for a saving big enough to up my line speed and drop my cap.
At the moment because of crappy Telkom i can probably get 3mb on a 4mb line so really don't want to spend alot.
 
So if you are an Afrihost+ user do you get double double data? You hinted at something further up :) Doubling the double data would double my delight.
 
If you okes dont want more data for Mahala, then send it my way. :D Im happy with double my current cap, and more to come. Im sticking with team red, and i know they are working super hard to get everything right, despite a few issues for the KZN guys.

Was also hoping for some price cuts, but this is perfect and actually works out cheap. One can just downgrade the package and still get double data for cheaper i think.

I was thinking exactly that. At this rate, even i might not finish all my data, which is unheard of lol
 
My AH capped account still shows my normal data. Where on the AH app will it show?

We'll confirm the finer details in the coming days though.
 
I was a +/-90GB user i dropped to 50GB a while back and still don't finish it.
My requirements changed to a point where speed matters more to me than data.
Although with great speed comes great data usage. In other words I'd only consume more if my speeds were better.
Stupid Telkom.
