Thread Necro:

I've rejoined gym and plan to rejoin BJJ classes are a long absence (this should be done in April - hopefully).

I was 82.5kg at my heaviest and managed to drop down to 75.5kg in the course of 6 months (June - Dec last year). I'm a male, 6ft if that puts things in to perspective.

Since then I've joined the company gym in Feb and have managed to include a workout of cardio (bike or rowing) / pushups / situps and squats. I've also done some cycling on my mountain bike when not going to gym.

I've gained weight (currently 78kg - but this is probably due to muscle). I'll be posting here to help motivate myself / others to continue. I will post one hundred pushups / two hundred situps / two hundred squats results to keep myself accountable.

Current Results:

Cardio (Bike):
25 mins, 20km's - interval training, difficulty set to 6 of 9.

Pushups:
50

Situps:
116

Squats:
39

Considering adding the 150 dips - but I haven't done any yet.

Thread necro again:
So, I redid the initial test again on friday, managed 10 pushups and started with day 1, week 1 tonight. It sounds easy, but it was pretty hard. Hopefully I can keep it up. Using the android app to keep track. Makes it a bit easier I guess.

I also started the program yesterday. Surprisingly, the initial test placed me in the third column of week 1. I thought I was a bit more out of shape than that.

The first day's pushups weren't that bad, but I'm definitely feeling the after-effects today.
