Hi :D

We should start a thread for that 100 pushup program. If someone completes it we can also do before and after pics!

Already using a different app on my phone for this, numbers seem to line up quite nicely. Although I get told to have a rest day each time.
They must just get their pull ups sorted! Push ups one day, pull ups the next :D

So I did the initial test yesterday and managed 25 in good form :D which puts me in the level 3.

Week 1 suggests that I move to week 3 having done more than 20 so will move onto there and see how it goes, if I struggle I will just need to keep doing it until I do it fine.

Cant actually find this sites android app. But search for rittr (the one I'm using) and you should find 3 free apps for pushups, squats and situps
Managed to start with 35 pushups :D

What's the goal here? Just to increase strength? I mean you're not going to lose weight or anything?

I have started, I am having rest day's in between as the program says I must, are you guys also?

I'm also doing the 200 situps one, and going to get a pullup bar and do the pullup one too!

goal is to increase strength and there will be some noticeable muscle gain, if you want to lose weight combine it with some cardio :p

I have started, I am having rest day's in between as the program says I must, are you guys also?

I will be taking the rest days as suggested as need to work those evenings and then chill.

Already doing some cardio for weight loss, maybe I should start the situp program...
