Hyde Park is now showing up on the Network Status page. Strangely it appears as Tower 1, Sanlam Tower (JHB-CBD) on UTraceStar.
Sadly, my strongest signal is still to the Randburg Tower, 6km away. I now have 2 base stations right under my nose, Illovo and Hyde Park, that I don't see as well as Randburg.
I now get Randburg -72db, Hyde Park -75db, Illovo -77db.
It might be because I got the Randburg sweet spot when I originally positioned my modem. Maybe if I tried some other locations around the house I'll get an even stronger signal from one of the local towers.
